Project Management & Construction Ltd are leading building contractors in Scotland. Our business has developed and grown over the past four years into a highly skilled team of experienced professionals engaged in main contracting and building construction, design and build, conversion and refurbishment. We are particularly proud that our efforts have resulted in our winning awards from Renfrewshire Chamber of Commerce two years in a row.

We have maintained our core values, based on our Founding Principles* which are if anything even more relevant as we now have a proven track record in delivering projects safely, on time and to agreed budgets. Work continues on schedule at our flagship design and build project, the sustainably designed Carbon Footprint Nursery for Milnbank Housing Association in Glasgow’s east end as well as a recently awarded project for The Co-operative Food for the sub-division of retail units at the former Somerfield, Drumchapel.

We are continuing to grow our business in line with our Business Plan in terms of turnover and staff numbers, with both increasing this year. We are committed to continuing this development by giving client satisfaction in what can best be described as difficult times.
