Project Management & Construction Ltd are leading building contractors in Scotland. Our team of experienced professionals specialise in all aspects of main contracting and building construction, design and build, conversion, refurbishment and fit out.

Our Project Profiles section demonstrates the wide range of our capabilities which includes office refurbishment, conversions, restoration and industrial and retail construction.

Examples are the restoration (Phase 1) of the King’s Theatre, Glasgow and conversion of a 6,000 square metre ‘B’ listed former bonded warehouse into offices in Kilmarnock. Our industrial construction work includes new build and extensions for clients in manufacturing, distribution, retail and storage.

We are now taking on and proving our capabilities on larger projects, with a more varied scope and for an expanding client base, whilst maintaining our important capability to deliver shorter duration projects on time such as the Kings Theatre and Reid Kerr College’s Academy of Creative Arts which we completed last summer. This is very much in keeping with our Business Plan which envisages a good mix of project values and work types for our main target markets of public and local authorities as well as commercial and industrial developers.
