All internal and external gaskets, to the linear curtain walling on St Vincent’s Street Lane, were replaced, as well as the entire 6th floor inclined curtain walling.
All sash and case windows were checked and repaired, where necessary, leaving them fully operational, in additon to being decorated.
A new sika liquid plastic roof was applied overlaying the existing single ply roof, where PMCL were tasked with working around external plant.
