A refurbishment on 4 floors consisting of new sash & case windows, modern air conditioning, heating and ventilation. Electrical services were installed below a raised access floor system, allowing tenants the flexibility to alter layouts to suit their individual requirements.
New tea preparation and IPS toilets complete the modernisation. New Walnut veneered doors were an added quality feature.
Internal restoration consisted of refurbishment of existing cornicing and new bespoke matching cornice where repairs were not possible.
