The works consisted of a new build extension to an existing factory unit. Site preparation included the removal of 4400m³ of soil which was achieved within ten days.
As the existing factory required to remain operational throughout the construction phase, site operations had to be carefully co-ordinated to ensure that there was no adverse impact on our client. Effective traffic management played a large role in this, especially as this was a tight site.
