Office Refurbishment in Glasgow, Scotland by Project Management & Construction Ltd

The works consisted of the conversion of an existing warehouse to form four large new office suites on two levels. Disciplines included piling, internal structural steel frame and installation of a new structural floor.

External aesthetics were enhanced by the erection of new over cladding. Because of the change of use for the building from a warehouse to an office, a value engineering exercise on the air conditioning system was carried out and substantial cost savings were achieved without the loss of tenant comfort.
