This is a single storey building with a games hall and stage attached. The construction consists of reinforced concrete strip foundations, and portal for wind bracing. From the strip foundations we have a perimeter concrete block cavity wall up to floor level, and then an insulated concrete ground floor slab. The main hall has a junckers timber floor laid and court markings added.

The superstructure is a timber kit with external blockwork rendered with a white essno chip finish. There are also double glazed windows. The roof consists of mono pitch and dual pitch trusses sheeted with external quality USB board with counter battens and tile battens with Marley modern black tile roofing.

The heating system in the building is a contractor design and consists of an air source heat pump to heat the radiators, and under unit heaters for the wash hand basins and kitchen utensils.

The electrical installation is also a contractor design and consists of lighting, fire alarm and intruder alarm installation.

Externally there is a hard standing area along with paving slabs around the building.
