Warehouse construction in Glasgow, Scotland by Project Management & Construction Ltd

Disciplines include excavation and dispersal on site of 2,600m³ of material to form a landscape feature. Further works were precast piles, drainage, reinforced concrete slab, structural steel, wall and roof cladding and road surfacing. Internal alterations included office fit out and air conditioning.

This was a "live" factory which remained open for the duration of the project. Traffic management measures were put in place for safety and to minimise disruption, especially for delivery vehicles to the clients existing premises.
