The works composed of the internal alteration and refurbishment of the former Renfrew Health Centre, and included structural alterations, new mechanical and electrical installations, new windows, rear lift installation, decoration and new floor coverings.

In addition to this internally we had to carry an extensive asbestos removal exercise, whilst externally the building was re-roofed using a felt system manufactured by Bauder and had existing rooflights replaced.
