Constructed on the site of a former petrol filling station, this project had first to deal with contaminated ground conditions which entailed a piling solution for the foundations.

The site was situated in a very busy retail park requiring 24 hour access which demanded that it should be kept tidy and clean to exceptional standards.

Works also included foundations, concrete slab, brickwork and wall and roof cladding together with external works including car parking for takeaway food retail.
