Originally scheduled to be a 26 week programme, PMCL reduced the programme down to 21 weeks and bettered even that by finishing in 19 weeks! The client VJB, who manage the Electoral Role for Renfrewshire, were delighted and the workmanship and co-operation received from PMCL, especially as this was a "live" site and the rest of the office remained functioning throughout the contract period.

The project comprised of the upgrading of existing heating ventilation and electrical installations, provision of tea bars, new suspended ceilings in certain areas and replacement of floor coverings and internal decoration. The final touch was the installation of purpose made replacement doors and ironmongery. Due to the nature of the work, some variations arose and these were also catered for within the reduced contract period.
