Warehouse construction

Design & Build of a new headquarters building for SA Equipment (Sales) Ltd. This is a 820 m2 steel frame building consisting of two storey internal offices, warehouse and production areas with an external concrete yard of a similar area.

The building features a splayed glazed entrance and foyer with feature stair.

External elevations comprise a mixture of black micro-rib horizontal cladding, black facing brick dado walls and trapezoidal vertical cladding to warehouse and roof.
