Valve Components Limited is a successful company which and manufactures and supplies high quality products for the oil and gas industries. As well as serving the domestic market, VCL export to the Far East and South America.
The construction project consisted of a 12,500 ft2 extension to their existing facility which continued trading throughout the course of the works. The construction method was a steel portal frame on concrete pad foundations with concrete floor, composite roof panels and wall cladding with a feature bulkhead to match the existing adjacent building. Internal services and machinery installation was carried out by VCL’s nominated contractors working as sub contractors to Project Management & Construction.
The project was completed on schedule and to budget.
